How it works
Plan, produce, promote.

01
Plan
A kickoff call, a treatment, a shot list and a schedule. You know who we’re interviewing, where we’re going and what you’re getting back before a camera comes out of the case.

02
Produce
Full crew, cinema cameras, real lighting and audio. We work around your operation instead of shutting it down, and we solve problems on site rather than sending a change order.

03
Promote
Edit, color, music, mix, two rounds of revisions, then every cut you need for the web, the trade show and social. Delivered in the sizes your team actually uses.
Questions
The five we get asked most.
Is this a real price?
It’s a real range, built from the same day rate, half-day rate and editing rate we put in our written proposals. It is not a lead magnet number we walk back later. The range exists because filming days and editing hours can move once we scope the project together, and your written proposal lands on a firm number inside it.
What moves the number the most?
Filming days first, editing time second. A half day with two interviews and one location is a different project than three days across four locations. After that: how many finished videos you need from the footage, whether we’re driving or flying, motion graphics, drone, and hired on-camera talent. Extra cuts from footage we already have are cheap, which is why most clients take the social versions.
Do you travel?
Constantly. Twelve states and four countries so far. West and Southwest Michigan is home and carries no travel cost. Elsewhere in Michigan, Chicago, Toledo and Fort Wayne we drive in and add lodging and per diem. Farther out we add a travel day and airfare when it’s a fly-in. The estimate accounts for all of it once you tell us where we’re going.
Do I have to give you my information?
To see the numbers, yes — name, email and a phone number. Video pricing moves with crew availability, travel and scope, and we are not going to publish figures we cannot stand behind to anyone who happens to land on the page. Give us a way to reach you and the estimate is on the next screen and in your inbox a moment later.
What happens after I submit?
You see the full breakdown immediately and we email you a copy. Then IMG follows up, usually within minutes, to answer questions — a producer, not a bot, and not a sales rep who has never held a camera. If you would rather sit with the number first, say so and we will leave you to it. No drip campaign.
Two minutes, and you’ll know the number.
Six questions about the project, then your name, email and phone, and the full breakdown is on screen. No call required, no obligation, no salesperson.
